Questions before you ship
Is EuroBox Post a carrier?
No. We resell transport from established carriers at negotiated rates, handle payment, labels and support, and stay your single point of contact.
Can the price change after I pay?
Only if the parcel measured by the carrier differs from what you declared. You receive the measurement and photo before any adjustment.
What can't I send?
Dangerous goods, weapons, cash, perishables and anything restricted on the route. We check the content type when you quote.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Open a claim in the chat. Photos taken at pickup and at partner points are attached automatically, and optional insurance covers the declared value.
Do WhatsApp messages cost me anything?
No. You only receive operational updates you agreed to, and you can switch to e-mail or stop them at any time.
How is my data used?
Only to deliver your shipment and support you, shared with the chosen carrier and point. GDPR and LGPD rights — access, correction, erasure — are available on request.
