Types of shipping service
Three tiers cover almost every parcel up to 30 kg: express with door pickup, standard with pickup, and economy with drop-off at a partner point.
Express
One to two days inside Europe, collected at your address, priority handling.
Standard
Two to four days with pickup included: the usual choice for online orders.
Economy
Three to five days and the lowest price, in exchange for dropping the parcel at a point.

Limits that matter
Up to 30 kg per parcel and up to 150 cm on the longest side. Above that, the carrier charges as freight: split the load into two parcels or ask us for a pallet quote. Each service also has its own maximum length, which is why one carrier disappears from the results when you enlarge the box.
Insurance and evidence
Carrier liability is limited by weight, not by what the contents are worth. For anything valuable, declare the real value and add insurance. We store the weight, the measurements, the photos taken at the partner point and every tracking event, which is what settles a claim.
